About Me
Joe Horning, Owner
I'm the person who shows up, not a rotating account rep. Before starting Rocket, I spent 15+ years in facilities and operations, including running multi-site operations for a national manufacturer, so I've sat on the other side of this exact relationship, hiring vendors, managing budgets, and figuring out who to actually trust.
That's the standard I run Rocket on. When you call, you get me, with the full picture of your site in my head, not a ticket number.

Rocket's operating standard is built on 15+ years of hands-on facilities and operations management, currently covering 100,000+ sq. ft. of facilities and 50+ vendors across sites in the U.S. and Mexico, including operational and capital budgets, real estate, fleet, export compliance, and EHS. That standard is backed by active IFMA (International Facility Management Association) membership and current candidacy for the CFM (Certified Facility Manager) credential.
That range is the point. Rocket isn't a single-trade contractor that grew a management title, it's a facilities operator that offers general contracting, office modifications, maintenance, property and real estate management, vendor management, capital project oversight, front desk and administrative staffing, and cleaning as one connected service, because that's how the work actually gets run at scale.
