Rocket's operating standard is built on 15+ years of hands-on facilities and operations management — currently covering 100,000+ sq. ft. of facilities, a team of 10+, and 50+ vendors across sites in the U.S. and Mexico, including operational and capital budgets, real estate, fleet, export compliance, and EHS. That standard is backed by active IFMA (International Facility Management Association) membership and current candidacy for the CFM (Certified Facility Manager) credential.
